RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.75 + DHT download and discussion - akamming - 09-27-2009 07:09 AM @All developers of Transmission on the NMT: I have been looking for a method of controlling my downloads from my BlackBerry, since the default webinterface is too advanced for my handheld. I just found the way to do it (as an undocumented feature in that GayaUI): If I browse to http://[IP_Adress_Of_My_NMT]:9999/Transmission_gaya/index.php using my Blackberry Browser, i can control my downloads using my Blackberry. This probably works from a lot of other handheld devices too. You might want to consider publishing this as a feature of TransmissionBT on the NMT. RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.75 + DHT download and discussion - mokn - 09-29-2009 04:21 PM Can you copy files from the pc to the nmt with this? RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.75 + DHT download and discussion - treqie - 09-30-2009 12:51 PM Ger, I still haven't figured out how come Transmission won't use my download dir. It keeps changing it to /share/Download. I changed it as I said earlier, to /share/Video/TVRips, in the web gui preferences. And I checked settings.json, which says "download-dir": "\/share\/Video\/TVRips", Any idea of what that is all about? RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.75 + DHT download and discussion - guerin - 10-03-2009 07:46 AM Hey guys, got a small question I updated transmission through CSI from 1.72 to 1.75. All the arrows turned red, but in the sites that I check my status it says connectable. Any ideas? Thanks RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.75 + DHT download and discussion - ToBeOre - 10-03-2009 09:23 AM If you mean arrows in the Transmission Remote GUI then update aplication to v1.2 RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.75 + DHT download and discussion - guerin - 10-03-2009 11:10 AM (10-03-2009 09:23 AM)ToBeOre Wrote: If you mean arrows in the Transmission Remote GUI then update aplication to v1.2 Worked fine. Thanks RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.75 + DHT download and discussion - say170 - 10-05-2009 04:50 PM Have just installed 1.75 and reading the help over on http://trac.transmissionbt.com/wiki/Blocklists it says "When you press the `Update Blocklist' button in the Transmission, a new copy of the bluetack level1 blocklist is downloaded from a Transmission mirror that's updated twice daily." I can't see where such a button is. I found this is entry referred to in another post: "blocklist-updates-enabled": 0, Is this what I need to add to settings.json ? Also, after changing the following entry to true, it changed back by itself at one point. Is that normal? "blocklist-enabled": 0, This was mentioned in this post when related may be to clutch.. but I don't even know what that is... http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showthread.php?tid=16025&pid=174476#pid174476 RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.75 + DHT download and discussion - Angelkiller - 10-05-2009 06:24 PM (10-05-2009 04:50 PM)say170 Wrote: Have just installed 1.75 and reading the help over on If you use transmission remote you find that opinion in remote settings just enable and click on the update blocklist button RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.75 + DHT download and discussion - smoothpopcorn - 10-05-2009 11:24 PM All I see is update GeoIP database in the tools menu.
