Transmission Remote is one RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.40 FINAL - bhelpuri - 12-02-2008 01:21 PM Hi Guys, As I written earlier, I installed 1.40 and everything went fine. But I am not able to see it or the previous version from web interface as well as from PCH. I did stop the torrent service before installing it. Now my torrent service in running and I can see bptd client from web servicebut no clutch :-( is there any way to roll it back to previous version, I tried reinstalling the firmware and nmt applications again but no luck. RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.40 FINAL - PhR34k - 12-02-2008 05:25 PM Well i still cant get it to start again, and the old one doesnt start either?!? It is the same thing for me. We have to wait for Ger Teunis release. Don't panic, it is an error in the code, patching in progress. RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.40 FINAL - PhR34k - 12-02-2008 05:42 PM Ah okej, cause he tried to help me before but then nothing so I thought he was ignoring it . But then Ill wait!

RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.40 FINAL - PhR34k - 12-02-2008 06:27 PM Ok, that's cool! RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.40 FINAL - Ger Teunis - 12-02-2008 10:33 PM Could anyone try the beta, it is starting to download if you give it a while. I think the creation of the target files takes longer on these build, but it surely is downloading here at the moment! Install (copy all from .tar to folders) beta from first page. Started ok. Can' t tell any more about downloading. Download now in check mode. After checking post info about downloading. For the first look - upload speed still jumping, but situation is better than 1.40 and 1.40+. IMHO Ger Teunis thanks again for good job. If any question - ready to help. And how is about my idea to add nighties version to archive file name, to know changes included in? Now about download: Sometime is ok. But sometime download speed very poor (2KB). However may be it's seeders problem, but .... At same time upload speed is rather stable. http://www.transmissionbt.com published beta2 with good feedback. I think after some days will be 1.41 final. IMHO we must wait for final. RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.40 FINAL - Ltmarx - 12-03-2008 12:23 PM Just to be sure. Looking at the changelog this version of transmission has a scheduler and a iphone web client? Or are those features not included in the PCH build? And lastly: is 1.41 still compatible with torrentwatch? I'm only going to update the zips when 'real' releases are being made by the transmission crew. This includes beta's and release candidates. Ofcourse> only when relevant for the NMT. I'll add a link to the transmission changelogs for the people who are interested. RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.40 FINAL - chunkywizard - 12-03-2008 02:26 PM Just to let you know I upgraded to the 1.41 beta and everything is looking good. It's working fine with TorrentWatch. BTW, did you get anywhere on ratio support after talking with journey? Cheers CW RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.40 FINAL - Ger Teunis - 12-03-2008 02:32 PM (12-03-2008 02:26 PM)chunkywizard Wrote: BTW, did you get anywhere on ratio support after talking with journey? I did contact Journey, he promised me he'll investigate this. He and other do mention that it seems to be working for them. Quote from Journey: "[...]other users have reported that the basic functionality of torrentwatch+transmission works with your 1.40 package, i might need to investigate the ratio limits part." RE: [transmission] Transmission 1.40 FINAL - chunkywizard - 12-03-2008 02:42 PM Thanks for the update, I had missed that post. I guess it could be something as simple as syntax. Current all my seed ratios are set to -1. I thought I just changed this to 1 but I guess it could be more complicated than this... CW |
