RE: [CSI] Community Software Installer 2.7.2 ** UPDATED DEC 28th ** - Swedish Meat - 09-06-2011 03:06 PM Since I updated my PCH-A110 with the latest firmware (01-17-110314-15-POP-403-000) I can´t access CSI (2.7.2). I can´t connect to the FTP-server on the NMT. I can see it in my network and everything that is stored on it from my computer. The FTP-server is running and I tried to re-install the NMT-applications without any luck. I have disabled my firewall and antivirus program. Even with another formated hard disk I got the same error. Another strange thing is that I cant use an USB-stick to re-install either the apps or upgrade the firmware (yes, I followed the instructions). It says invalid source. I have to do it through the internet. Any suggestions? /Mikael RE: [CSI] Community Software Installer 2.7.2 ** UPDATED DEC 28th ** - Romario1972 - 09-07-2011 10:01 PM the same for me. My gess is that my buggy router I´m forced to use from my ISP (IP-TV, VOIP) caused the problem. Sometimes I cant see other attached network devices, and suddenly they pop up. They will send me a new upgraded and (hopefully) better one soon. Mikael RE: [CSI] Community Software Installer 2.7.2 ** UPDATED DEC 28th ** - ross104 - 09-20-2011 02:11 PM Hi! When I try to install LTU (Linux Term Utils) via "Install From File" i get error: Quote:Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host 1. Popcorn A210 (Latest Firware, SATA HDD, FTP sevice is up rest are down) 2. CSI latest build 3. LTU ver. 0.7.6 RE: [CSI] Community Software Installer 2.7.2 ** UPDATED DEC 28th ** - foghog - 09-25-2011 05:26 PM I keep getting "unable to reach JHMILLER repository. Check your internet connection" all the time, starting CSI. On Windows7 the application is being stopped after this error. I tried it use it while having this error dialog box open, bu seems it's not working correctly. Does anyone have similar problems? The internen connection is perfect though. Thank you. RE: [CSI] Community Software Installer 2.7.2 ** UPDATED DEC 28th ** - mvveelen - 09-25-2011 06:45 PM I keep having problems when I restart my Eminent 7071. Most of the times the Usenet client won't start, and sometimes the WiFi dongle won't work. I have Oversight (latest) and NZBGet_web (latest) installed. Now I was ready to send my Eminent 7071 back to Eminent, because I installed the NMT programs several times, I even reformatted the HDD a few times, but Eminent let me know on another (dutch) board that when I have Oversight and NZBGet_web installed with CSI, there are some things that are changed which causes the problems I'm having. Could someone telle me what I can do about this (except for NOT installing these programs, because I love them) so I can restart my Eminent without any problems in the future? Disable all nmt Apps except ftp and Samba (at least myihome!). If that does not help, disable autostart of CSI Apps and start them later (after booting) manually or with a small script. That's what I'm doing every time, but most of the time when I stop one service, the Eminent won't react and I have to reboot and move to the next service to stop. How / where can I disable autostart of the CSI Apps? Only in CSI I guess? And is there already some kind of script out there (because I can't write it myself....). Thanks, Danke ! RE: [CSI] Community Software Installer 2.7.2 ** UPDATED DEC 28th ** - astronyu - 10-02-2011 07:59 PM I have a question about CSI Gaya. If this has been asked before then I am sorry. I searched but didn't see the answer to my question so here it is. I installed CSI Gaya and last night it was okay. But now, I tried to access it but it says "Request cannot be processed" Any idea what might caused it? I tried reinstalling, restarting the NMT and none worked. Appreciate if someone could help. Thanks. RE: [CSI] Community Software Installer 2.7.2 ** UPDATED DEC 28th ** - Dompap - 10-29-2011 08:58 PM Hi. I'll try to make this short. Have had the same type of problems as most of you (can't / couldn't install apps using CSI). What I did was to stop "Myihome" and all other services in NMT EXCEPT from FTP server (even though the instructions for CSI tells you to have "Myihome" up and running). After that, I made sure that I had a connection using FireFTP - check. With only FTP server running I managed to get rid of the annoying "can't connect" problems After that I checked : http://192.168.xxx.xxx:9999/c200remote_web/ which launched a link - pressing the link leads to a picture of the remote. I DID THIS ON AN HTC DESIRE ANDROID PHONE WITH DROIDED MEDIA TANK INSTALLED - make sure that wi-fi is turned on and mobile net is turned off - otherwise I couldn't make this work. My problem is now that if I use my phone as a remote then a single press on a button repeats itself on and on. I.e. - I press the 'back' button once and the PCH keeps getting the signal to go 'back', 'back', 'back', 'back', 'back', and so on - I think you get the point here Anyone who tried this and knows a workaround for this ?!?!? Best regards Dompap PCH-200 Firmware - ? Win 7 NMT CSI 2.7.2.0 RE: [CSI] Community Software Installer 2.7.2 ** UPDATED DEC 28th ** - dc11ab - 10-29-2011 09:16 PM (10-29-2011 08:58 PM)Dompap Wrote: My problem is now that if I use my phone as a remote then a single press on a button repeats itself on and on.This last part is not a CSI problem, but with the individual package of c200remote. Something is broken with it and anyone who has time to troubleshoot and research is more than welcome to do so. Not sure if there is a bug in the php code or if something has changed in the firmware lately, changing the behavior of the remote control daemon on port 30000. Please carry on about this in the appropriate thread: http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showthread.php?tid=30168 Thank you. It would be just great (NMJ V2 just can't handle my huge music collection so I need to instal MPD and possibly MPDJB. Unfortunately I just have no idea how I could do it without CSI !) Thanks. Where to get the source code of CSI? Robert |
