@Temm
Great app thanks heaps for developing it. I need some help though. I have installed everything and can use the remote section fine. My problem is that the media tab is alway empty. How do I navigate and browse in the media tab section?

Background:
All my media is networked on a win 7 pc and a WHS box. Both require user name and password to view shares.

Thanks

This app does not work and I would like my money back. I'm sorry, I really loved this idea and wanted to use and support it, but it just doesn't work unless you have a setup exactly the same as the developer and information on exactly what that setup is is not provided in the App Store.

Again, I am using myiHome to connect my Popcorn Hour to my media and there is clearly no support for this setup. I can connect my iPhone to the PH, but can not get into my media at all. I have sent a request to Apple, but have not received a response or a refund. What do I need to do to get a refund?

Hi,
Do you have defined network sources or is that just network_browser? Network_browser currently is not working and only predefined network sources work.
The next version will have a sources tab with all local and network sources for quick selection. It will also support myiHome.

I have my WHS share mapped and can go straight to it from the home location if thats what you mean when you say "predefined network source"

(I have pathed the smb share and added user name and password)
I still get empty media tab... :-S

teo: great app, i like it a lot.

i have found, that it works well with network shares that contain up to 200 entries, but the app just exits without any message when trying to enter a folder with more than 300 subfolders. is there a limit by design or is it a bug? i have not yet tried where exactly the limit is, i just found 200 folders work, and >300 dont..

best regards

Hi,
No there isn't a limit. I have tested it with a 1000 files directory and it works. So it seems it's some kind of bug. I will look into it since there are 2-3 users that have this problem.
What is your device, 3G, 3GS or ipod?

Teo.

Hi. Just bought the app for my iphone (3GS) and it works great.

I do have a request though. I've got 4 x 1Tb drives connected via powered USB hub to my A-100 but cannot select all of them from the startup/source menu. It only shows Hard disk, Network, USB A and USB B. This means that 2 of my external HDDs are not available via this app. Is there a way around this?

Thanks.

Next week i'll be pushing out an update in which a sources tab is included. So you can select the appropriate source from there.

Hi,

Well you said the magic word. You have a c200.

Currently the application supports only 100 series. I'm working on the c200 and an updated version that will support c200 with basic functionality will be ready next month.

Hope this is clear.

Teo
