"directory empty" message and then ... the app crashes. Restart the NMT remote application and try again ...
This is really very annoying and occurs every time I try to browse thru a classical music directory containing approx. 400 subdirectoriies (music albums).

ios 4.x supports background apps but network connections need to be managed separately.
Fast app switching is working but after a while the connections are closed.
Will address this issue soon.

Just bought this app, had it working intermittently, it keeps crashing freezing, and not picking up sources. great app though when working. Using on ipad.

Just uploaded version 2.4.104 to app store for approval.
This version has the following changes
Integrated Movie DB Search powered by themoviedb.org
Large Directory Issue - Working (pch 100)
Fast App Switching - Working
Movie DB search connects directly to themoviedb.org, if selected, and searches the db based on the filename. Changes to filename search is possible to refine search if needed. Data from themoviedb.org includes imdb code offering direct connection to imdb url.
Large directory issued solved for pch 100 series. This now works correctly. Tested with directory of 2500 entries. Takes a bit of time but does the job.
Fast App switching handles connections properly, since iOS 4 apps do not close and stay in background, solving crash problem when re-entering application

At least for now, it doesn't play photo files in general. Video and music files play fine. What do you mean by remotely?

Just upon approval i came across a nasty bug. I made a lot of changes to the code to make the app more stable. I'm making some final testing and will re-submit the app soon (by the end of the day). Sorry for the delay.

Just installed it om my A100 and iPhone4.
I can access the A100 through the WEB-browser on my computer.
When I start the NMT Remote App it just shows the "NMT REMOTE" screen but nothing happens. After a while it closes without any messages.
Any hints?

have you installed installed telnetd and busybox26?

Hi,
version 2.4.104 as i noted has a serious bug. There is noway to reject it from the app store (i was going over this the whole weekend). I will have to release it and then immediate upload the a new version 2.5.105 with the fix.
Please DO NOT update to 2.4.104 wait another 2-3 days for version 2.5.105 to be available.
