So turn your volume at +15dB and help us make this bug a priority.
Sure - I will do some testing before Friday to see what files are affected and get a note of the mediainfo. I will update the other thread with my results. I will check after Friday to confirm there is a still an issue.

Hello to all Popcorn C200 users!
I am having this Audio Problem too (RAW, optical cable on Denon AVR1803). The sound on my A110 is way louder. To rise the Volume on the Popcorn does not solve the issue.
Although the biggest issue that I have, and it bothers me a lot, are the stability problems. Sometimes after watching a movie after 30 or so minutes (sometimes sooner, sometimes after watching for hours), the sound disappears and the Popcorn C200 hangs. The only solution is to be very quick: Fast forward button and fast rewind button for a few seconds. Sometimes it works and the NMT continues to play with no issue. I have to press the buttons almost immediately when it hangs.
I am using the latest Firmware and the NMT apps on my new WD 2TB EADS HD. Screensaver is off, Network to 10/100 etc. I tried everything, the stability issues are still there. I also changed the SATA cable.
Any help would be appreciated a lot. I would also like to take part in the Beta Firmware tests if possible.

If you have random crashes or hangs (ie. the C200 gets stuck at random locations in a media file, which plays back ok if you retry) and taking into account your HDD of 2 GB in the box, I would in your place consider to apply a CPU cooler (with fan) and 6cm case cooler to the box.
I did this to avoid similar problems back in Nov 2009 when the box f/w was fresh and since then had only usual bug issues but no random crashes. I believe that in your case is has to do with temperature as well.

And if you switch between signals with and without dialnorm you will get differences. Read about this in the Dolby documentations freely available on the net.
As far as I know, the dialnorm parameter is not affected by the C200, but it can be omitted by various "MKV-makers", so you will find MKV's of the same movie with and without dolby dialnorm set.
It's definately a bug. It's not the dialnorm.

Cause you should review the press a bit slow remost not be very sensitive because of using radio waves. If you can unlock the Region support once they know little (Dune did know about it there, this is the main selling Dune that you should consider adding it))
I think this is not a small decision to the success and development of your going. Popcorn hour C 200 is the heart of the world's attention, so you should proceed as quickly as possible after the firmware

The audio during videoplayback is WAY softer since last firmware. Also just through HDMI to my TV. Cranking the C200 volume up isn't the way, because MP3 audio gets all distorted.

in the FW before i was able to play iso dts cd after FW from may, at the moment it won't play any dts-cd
please hope that this bug is fixed in the upcoming FW

Post in the correct section, upload a sample and make sure that when playing DTS or WAV audio files that your C200 volume is set to 0.

Each PCH has flash RAM that holds the firmware when you update it.

Perhaps this is something to do with the high number of hardware failures which seem to occur on, or soon after, firmware update?
