Copy from External Hard drive to another

Is it possible to copy files from a usb thumbdrive to another external hard drive through PH

if the destination drive is fat32, ext3, ext2 then i think so but i wouldnt do it this will stress the files and can corrupt files!! the pch is not an copy station
