Why does Popcorn Hour provide such customer service?
I received an A-110 two weeks ago, and it froze up on me. Customer Service offered me several ways to fix the problem, all of which did not work. I sent it back to be fixed, yet RMA has not received it (shipments from Florida to California do NOT take two weeks). Now I have to communicate with an individual who doesn't know where my $215 worth of merchandise is, and can't even TYPE correct English. Why is there not a toll-free customer service line instead of silly back and forth emailing, and why can't I just have a working product? Thanks.

RE: Why does Popcorn Hour provide SH*TTY customer service?
Do you think we are all that stupid that we cannot understand what the missing * is supposed to stand for, I have removed the offensive word. Read the rules/policy.
If you have any complaints with PCH then address them to PCH and NOT to this forum which is for users to help one another! RE: Why does Popcorn Hour provide such customer service?
if anything this is a warning to viewers considering buying a product that this site is "support" for. no one deserves to get jipped out of hundreds of dollars, and people need to know how shaky this product's reliability is. that is all.

RE: Why does Popcorn Hour provide such customer service?
The majority are very happy with their products.
I had 3 Sony PS2's before I got a working one and those were picked up at the store no courier to bounce it around. Electrical products have a high failure rate particularily at launch. Not that im saying that there is anything wrong before anyone jumps on that. I have had the A100 on 24/7 since last November without any issues at all, very reliable. Rather than screaming at PCH put your efforts into finding what your courier did with your parcel? You paid for his services and if he hasnt delivered it to PCH RMA then you have a claim against the insurance. Save you from having to bother with the PCH at all, save everyone a lot of bother. edit Oh this site is NOT support for PCH they have their own support. RE: Why does Popcorn Hour provide such customer service?
to put this dog to rest, the return was delivered FOUR days ago according to UPS in Fremont, CA and signed my "Matthew." Yet no one at PCH can find my main board, so I just got screwed. just figured I'd let somebody know my horror story before they go out and purchase a PCH. the end.
