[transmission] Transmission 1.76 + DHT download and discussion (OLD THREAD)

I installed transmission through CSI and it was a clean install (first thing I installed in PCH after taking it out of the box and updating firmware)

Known issue, discussed a few post before this one. I've contacted shurup, hopefully he can come up with an fix for this.
