[transmission] Transmission 1.76 + DHT download and discussion (OLD THREAD)

Hi,

First to thank Ger for the great work done, keeping Transmission up-to date and so useful for us.

I have a problem with the internal hard drive access (described here - http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showth...?tid=22672). I was advised by Chris to reinstall the NMT apps, as it is a Transmission issue, but first, I really, really don't want to loose my ongoing downloads and second, I read somewhere Ger explained that Transmission does not touch the default NMT Apps (I've never installed any other version before 1.52, which I'm using).

Can I get a opinion here, before losing many weeks of downloads?
