Option to convert DTS to analog is unavailable

I am trying to change DTS in Audio Mode to analog (PCM) but the option is "grayed out" - I can't select it. Why would this be? This is important as non of my TVs can process DTS audio and I need it converted.

I tried changing several settings (HDMI Audio, Surround mode) and nothing I changed made the option available.

I didn't see this mentioned in the Wiki and can't search the forum for "DTS" because it's only 3 characters.

Due to one of two reasons:-
1. You have an A100 and have therefore not paid for DTS licensing
2. You have an A110 and have not updated your firmware.

Solution:
1. Use HeartWare's audio convertor to convert DTS to AC3.
2. Update the A110 firmware.

My antivirus program reports a virus in the file AudioConverter.EXE
Win32:Trojan-gen {Other}

I use avast! anti-virus software.

Is the file infected or is it a false positive?

False positive some AV apps do not like the way the .exe is constructed. It's been an issue for some time and some users have taken the trouble to notify their AV app others not. Others it just doesnt even show as a problem. Kaspersky says its fine as do a few others. Look in the actual app thread for the other posts im referring to:-
