I overlooked that one. There is even a better solution then the one mentioned in that topic. I'll have to look into that soon. Anyone interested in maintaining that package? I'll explain how to build the busybox from scatch. Not much work just lots of respect and credits Smile

If we don't be careful this application is going to expand like nobodies business and will also be able to make coffee and bake bread as well (if you get my drift) Smile
Perhaps if the community *you* creates zip files (defined format) with all the required files in it so the NMT Community Software Installer can just install it somewhere then I'll directly agree!
But I'll promise I'll look into it.

Is there anything new about this ?

I would definitively like to be able to change "buffering" pictures from Community Installer !!!

It's on my todo list, going to be integrated soon.
What would be nice if somebody provided me all the current image sets in zip files including a screenshot, author and description!

RE: Community software installer 1.0.3
Tried to install it on my mac, VMware with windows XP. After unpacking I get an error, sadly. It says

"Kan de toepassing niet juist initialiseren (0xc0000135). Klik op OK om de toepassing te beeindigen".

Yeah it's Dutch, but I have the feeling Ger Teunis may be able to understand it. Any clues about a solution?

You didn't install .net framework 2.0. Yeah I know it is a cryptic message; lets all points fingers to Microsoft Tongue

If you install the .net framework you should be able to start the application.

That's easy, just use "Extra" menu and select "Remove custom menu".

Regarding file location:
Because there isn't a standard I created one my own: the index.htm file itself is stored in the HDD root and the support files in /Photo/_index_ (next to the already supported _theme_ folder)

RE: [CSI] Community software installer 1.5.2
Ger Teunis,
How about adding a this toolchain into your great install apps ?

As the developer instructs, the toolchain can be added automatically, chroot'ing to a modified root or manually. I don't want to loose all other apps, esp. lundman by chroot'ing. But if I do it manually, my copying the ipkg files and libs, they get deleted from the /bin folder after a restart.

It would be great if you could make a nice cgi that places the ipkg into the right folder and fixes the rest :-)

P.S. Is it me, or has the package download speed of your software installer significantly decreased recently ? It takes me app. 15m to get any theme a package no Undecided

So far, the only ones I'm aware of are those made made by Joshua.Lyon
(they're availlable here :http://www.networkedmediatank.com/showthread.php?tid=7940&page=2)

But I'm quite sure once this option will be be included in Community Installer, many users will create their own image sets (I guess for now, most of them aren't even aware it is possible to change "buffering" pictures).
