is it normal to have Transmission 1.50 in Gaya after installing version 1.51? I tried to install twice, the same result.

Anyway my Popcorn hangs up very often (once a day), can the Transmission be a reason? What is the most stable vesrion?

I wonder my hangs up, I just have switched my disk from my EG-M31B to PH-A110 with updated FW, never experienced that with the HDD on egreat.

Yeah, transmission 1.51 seems somewhat unstable for some people. Me including. I now can also see the hangups (happened twice).
I've look at the bug report system on transmission (http://trac.transmissionbt.com) and looked for a bug there.
There is already a similar report there, for anyone interested more info here:

Hope it will get fixed soon.
Perhaps it is best to revert to an older version for anyone having the same issues with the 1.51 until they come up with an proper fixed 1.5x release.

Looking at: http://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/1896 I can see it's similar as my case. After first crash, I stucked on verification process, Popcorn is able to verify firts file but hangs up on another (I have 6 in the queue).

I'm trying the previous versions of Transmission.

I wonder if it's related with the temperature inside the NMT as stated by Ger in the first post of Transmission thread. My HDD is 1TB Samsung that behaves like a heater. Is there a way to keep it cooled down using one of the HDD tunning programs (tune for speed/tune for silence)??

Yep it is possible.
Download the zip here: http://repository.nmtinstaller.com/Appli...elnetd.zip

Unzip the files in the root of your NMT, open telnet and start installer.cgi. (ofcourse you need telnet already running to install it)

Thanks a lot. Now i can always upgrade my busybox to the new version without changing my options on the nmt.

Hi Radix,

Made sure your internet connection is working on your VMware. It seems the installer isn't able to download the installation files.
or at least able to 'parse the hostname' whatever that may be.
Otherwise: use the portable zip, that one may work better on this environment.

Still the same error using both portable & install version downloaded today.

Vmware is set as bridged and last week it used to work, strange. I can surf on internet with Chrome inside vmware, so there is a connection.

I must say that I just upgraded my firmware of my HDX today...
