Looks like excellent work!

I was just wondering...

1. Which of the setting will reinstall the NMT apps (hence removing all the junk) without formatting and losing torrents and mvies?
2. Will I need to download anything to reinstall the apps?
3. Will transmission bugger up my queue? I'm running 1.51 at the moment, and the NMT app version is 1.42, isn't it?

Anything else I should be aware of?
