Absolutely, I've spent almost a year making sure that was the case Frankly, if you haven't clobbered the hell out of every aspect of the NMT you're not getting your money's worth

PS - Deep Clean tries to grab the firmware via the usual NMT 'online' install option, is that right? I've got an eGreat EG-M31A, haven't tried in a while but the first couple of firmwares I got had to be stuck on a USB drive, their web update wasn't working yet. If I kill the various (transmission, btpd etc) processes, delete everything from the root (startapp.sh or whatever its called, plus the Apps folder etc) and then do a USB firmware install, am I missing any steps you'd perform as part of your deep clean?
