No, you are stretching the capabilities here ;-)
This is an network issue, not an CSI issue.
The error message tells you that CSI is not able to connect the FTP server via the HTTP proxy, this is very network configuration specific.
Please use CSI on a local lan, without any weird firewall configuration.
