The application info will be compiled by inspecting the NMT itself. I think you might have a AppInit problem. Please delete folder Apps/AppInit.
After that install a application, after installing a application the Installed tab should work again.

Before you delete: could you zip the Apps/AppInit directory and send it to me? g.teunisREMOVEME@gmail.com, so I can inspect the error.
