Please report this back to your ISP. Somewhere in the line between your computer and the webserver of nmtinstaller.com somebody is blocking the site. It's a problem of your provider which they should fix or let fix. I've heard some other server next to the nmtinstaller.com server was sending spyware a week ago, perhaps somewhere down the line the complete server park got on a ban list.
