Hmm, some people reported this problem before, after a reboot or even a reinstall of NMT Apps fixed it. In short: CSI is able to connect to you NMT correctly but the NMT thinks the file is not found.

What is the contents of your NMT's HDD root folder?

my A100 = 00-17-090115-15-POP-402 (402 old NMTs A100 HDX 900?)
HDX1000 = 00-17-090115-15-HDD-403

Thanks for the info, the only problem is what we call the chicken and egg problem, I need to know how to access the NMT correctly before I can readout the above setting I need to access the NMT.

I'll implement a feature which will try option 1 first and if it fails will try the other one, more fool-proof (just an expression ).
