The thing I did to get it to work was changing the setting IP-adres of my PCH from 192.168.001.015 to PCH-A110. So far I see the translation of the IP adres isn't correct when CSI transfers a package to the PCH!

I also read that some OS's interpret IP-addresses with leading zeroes as octals, which seems to correspond with your reported IP-address of "192.168.1.13". You could try to use the 'normal' way of specifying an IP-address i.e. 192.168.1.15
