index.htm and Swisscenter Last.fm
Hi all,

This might be beyond the scope of this forum, but I was wondering whether anyone knew if it was possible to include links on an index.htm file that pointed to stuff served by Swisscenter. Here's what I'm trying to do:

I use Last.fm through Swisscenter, since it scrobbles and the MSP plugin doesn't seem to do this. However, I don't like having to click through the 5 screens in takes to access Swisscenter, then Internet Radio, etc. etc. If I could put a link to the Last.fm through Swisscenter right on the index.htm page, that would be great.

If someone has even just some advice on how to go about investigating how to do this, I'd love to hear it, since I don't even know where to start.

It's easy. Just use the web page address you would use if you were accessing it through your computer's internet browser.
For me, I entered this: http://192.168.1.251:22222/music_radio_lastfm.php which reflects my address and port usage. I put it in the network services though.

But make sure you check out this thread, it is delicious:

LOL. dang. Sorry about the looping.
BTW, the updated version of SwissCenter handles Last.FM amazingly well. You get the Now Playing screen with album art, and under that you get photos of the artist and you also get the ability to skip to the next track.

That's interesting to hear about the Now Playing screen. I have an HDX-1000 and haven't been able to get the Now Playing screen to display. I just get a black screen. Could you tell me what kind of NMT you have? I'm thinking it's the HDX since I have the same problem with GB-PVR, which seems to work in the same way as the SwissCenter.
