I had the same problem, it has todo with rights.

Steps I made to solve:

1. Use the filemanager to create a folder and create a folder inside! the
directory structure of the filemanager.
2. As the rename didnt work I renamed using windows to :
utils and bin (utils/bin)
3. Using windows I moved the tree utils/bin to /Apps so I got an empty
map /Apps/utils/bin (with correct rights).
4. Copy using the filemanager from "/dev/sda 1 on /nmt" bin/unrar to
/Apps/utils/bin

Now it works also with spaces in the name of the files.

My guess is that somehow the path to the unrar is not where it's expected. I cannot find anywhere under my NMT this path /share/Apps/utils. I simply don't have the utils folder that FM expects.
