Hi, Has anyone had this problem ?

NewzBook gets my bookmarked nzb's, sends them to NZBGet which in turn downloads them, then everything is unpacked, a folder is created in Oversight with the sample and nfo files. Problem is the movie is deleted! I have lost about 20gigs before I noticed this, if the files are VOB they do not get deleted.

Any ideas anyone ?

1. does any thing else work (eg normal nzb downloads etc)?
2. When did it last work?
3. What was changed(eg upgrade/install/configure) on the system recently that might cause the problem?
4. Can you track diskspace usage?
5. 100% sure they are deleted and not just moved?
6. What do the catalog.*.log files say?

I have just noticed now that I have 2 folders called The Hangover, found also 3 other folders which where dupes, I found all my missing files. Everything worked fine a week ago, I upgraded to the latest version. Other nzb's (music) seem to be going fine but they have nothing to unpack. HardDisk space is 150Gb so that should not be a problem. Thanks for the quick reply.

Or is it me?

Lordy could you try moving some already cataloged files to another directory in the search path and try a 'recan all media'. Every time I have done this the scan never completes.

I moved from /share/Vides/TV to /share/Tv and had to do a re-install in the end.

Yup you got the Skynet part right

Anyways I found all the files, they all had the wrong tt id in the nfo, just bad luck for me that I hit 3 outa 3

If I change the URL in the TV GUI to http://127.0.0.1:8883/oversight/oversigh...olour=blue it doesnt seem to change the selection or sort. If I do the same from a PC ( with the correct ip address) it works correctly. What an I doing wrong?

@all , the thetvdb.com has gone again. Oversight should fail over to use tvrage.com.
However some plots may look a bit odd - please report any issues/success with scraping whilst tvdb.com is down.

Interesting one here:

The movies "Howl's Moving Castle" and "House of Flying Daggers" both have no poster (and therefore no access to a plot etc.) and both appear in the overview as a purple block with the file name and the little movie reel logo in them, also, there's a "P" in front of the filename.
Looking at the log though, they seem to have been recognized correctly and the poster seems to have been found.

Here's another:

All of my TV series have this problem:
The poster is fine, but going into the episode overview, none of the titles for the eps are shown, it just shows an ep number alongside a little file type icon.
(You already know about the garbled plot info from TVRage).
I think it's not finding the ep title on TVRage?

The show "Bones" as an example...
In the code section I've deleted all the stuff relating to thetvdb, because it all failed of course, with the site being down.

May I suggest adding a timeout check or something along those lines to the searches. It spent about 8 minutes per episode querying thetvdb and not getting any answers before moving on to the next search type.

This is a new format. The Episode title appears above the plot , when you move over it. This allows more episodes to fit on the screen. Esp for SD.
However some people still want to see all titles on the screen. If you do let me know and I'll do this sooner rather than later.

Hmm, there are no ep titles appearing above the plot for me...
I recall that in the previous version the movie or series title would appear above the posters when going through them, but that no longer happens in the new version either. Perhaps these things are related.

I think it's a personal preference, but I like seeing the ep titles in the list.
