Ah forgot to mention, yes the Rescan option updates the posters. This is really because the long term goal is 'rescan' is only done at setup or if something goes badly wrong. Otherwise it should just be incremental scans for new content. For incremental scans posters are only added if they dont already exist.

U answered the "odd" part of my concerns - having local art superceed 'scraped' art is a great idea indeed. A complete rescrape is a waste of time/CPU/bandwidth/etc. IMHO, but if it's made by intention - OK then.

Either way it finally does what I want it to do and looks like I want it to look - more or less. I need some help to sort out my TV episodes related issue + my problems with sorting by age posted in issue logs.
