On a related note, I seem to be having strange sporadic problems with scanning the network drive too.. one day I could do a fresh scan and have all the content added, and another I could delete the index file, rescan, and it would come up with nothing from the network drive, even when using the same path. I can't seem to find what I'm doing different in each situation, so I can't really ask you to look into it, but hopefully I'll see a connection at some point.

Quick suggestion too; it would be extremely helpful (for me, at least) to be able to stop a scan after it has been started, especially while oversight is still in beta testing.
