Attempted to upgrade Transmission - now my Hard Drive is gone, no "NMT Applications"

I just attempted to upgrade my Transmission client
After a lot of frustration, I thought I finally got it. It said "Transmission successfully installed" etc. etc. etc.
It just sat at this screen so I decided to do a reset
When it reset - it no longer shows my hard drive, and in the settings there's no "NMT Applications" option

what happened??!

This seems to be an even bigger problem than I imagined...

In the Setup under maintenence, my only options are "check for firmware update" and "reset to factory settings"

...it seems its no longer reading my internal drive...and I don't have the option to format/reformat one

ahhhhh

nevermind - a complete shutoff fixed the problem
