Audio missing in movies

I am new to the PCH. I set it up with MyiHome and it seems to working well. EXCEPT that it appears that 90% of any Adult movie rips that I play, that I have downloaded, have no audio playing.

On my PC they work fine.

These are all HD .mkv files

I play regular movies, and 100% of them work okay

what is going on???

We need to know more, what is your setup, what audio type is it, what are your NMT setup audio settings etc. etc.

Okay, besides the file name which may say what type audi is in the rip, how can I figure that out?? Is there some tool that will do that??

mediainfo, found at sf.net, is a good and free tool.

Run it to generate a report on the file and also post your Audio Settings on your NMT, and A/V reciever amp brand/model and capabilities (what does it support to decode?).
