Non SSL is about double the speed (slightly more) than SSL. SSL is around 800, Non SSL about 1600.

Sometimes the extracted files contain a sample file, is there a script to delete them automatically?

RE: [nzbget] NZBget 0.7.0 download and discussion
Just tried updating but i just get the message "HARD_DISK/Apps/AppInit/appinit.cgi: line 1: cannot open /share/Apps//appinfo.json: no such file" and fail on installation. Am I doing anything wrong?
This is on an A-100. |

Am I doing anything wrong? Can you re try as i have remade the tar file on the nmt itself, this should fix the error you have. Shutdown CSI first so as to clear any files it has already downloaded. RE: [nzbget] NZBget 0.7.0 download and discussion
THAT was fast, thanks. Unfortunately it did not work. I quit and restarted CSI, same error.
Then I opened up the "jhmiller_Repository100.xml" file and got the link from there, started CSI and tried to install from file. Same error now as well. Then, just to be sure, I deleted the xml file and started CSI once again. Same error message. |

RE: [nzbget] NZBget 0.7.0 download and discussion
Sorry about your issues, the tar file inside the zip needs to be compatible with the tar manager built into the A100, it works fine on my A110.
I have repackaged it again, if you could re-try. My Popcorn Hour A110 Trakt.tv (TESTING)

RE: [nzbget] NZBget 0.7.0 download and discussion
Great, thank you for pointing out the error, i keep forgetting that some A1xx's can be realy fussy about how the tar is built.

i use this for 2 years now on a 210, but it never failed...i run only beta versions, get a DL of 4MB non ssl on a 12 MB line, but that has to do with the 210 cpu me guess.
Great program and thanxs for the work ! |

RE: [nzbget] NZBget 0.7.0 download and discussion
Don't know why but after upgrading to the latest it takes a really long time to restart NZBget and always gives me "Could not establish secure connection: TLS handshake failed: " error.
For the record, I never got any SSL related errors before and has been using SSL connection for download with no problem. Also, when trying to fetch newzbin nzb, it showed me "Error: Server Response Invalid"

RE: [nzbget] NZBget 0.7.0 download and discussion
nzbget 9.0-testing-r455 is out:
Changes since nzbget 0.8.0 changed version naming scheme by removing the leading zero: current version is now called 9.0 instead of 0.9.0 (it's really the 9th major version of the program); added built-in web-interface; no external web-server nor PHP required anymore; For screenshots and more info see Web-Interface; added the ability to queue URLs. The program automatically downloads nzb-files from given URLs and put them to download queue. When multiple URLs are added in a short time, they are put into a special URL-queue. The number of simultaneous URL-downloads are controlled via new option UrlConnections. With the new option ReloadUrlQueue can be controlled if the URL-queue should be reloaded after the program is restarted (if the URL-queue was not empty). New switch <-U> for remote-command <--append/-A> to queue an URL. New subcommand <-U> in the remote command <--list/-L> prints the current URL-queue. If URL-download fails, the URL is moved into history. With subcommand <-R> of command <--edit> the failed URL can be returned to URL-queue for redownload. The remote command <--list/-L> for history can now print the infos for URL history items. New XML/JSON-RPC command added new field added options added support for regular expressions (POSIX ERE Syntax) in remote commands <--list/-L> and <--edit/-E> using new subcommands improved performance of RPC-command added gzip-support to built-in web-server (including RPC); added processing of http-request renamed example configuration file and postprocessing script to make the installation easier; improved the automatic installation ( improved handling of configuration errors: the program now does not terminate on errors but rather logs all of them and uses default option values; fixed: after renaming of a group, the new name was not displayed by remote commands <-L G> and <-C in curses mode>; fixed incompatibility with OpenSLL 1.0 (thanks to OpenWRT team for the patch); fixed: RPC-method Few screenshots of the changed webinterface: ![]() ![]() ![]() More screenshots here Hope someone can make a CSI package for it, seems like an interesting update ! (08-07-2012 07:29 PM)NaaN Wrote: nzbget 9.0-testing-r455 is out: Until someone created CSI package, few tips how to install it manually:
Now you should be able to connect to the new web-interface via http://ip-of-nmt:ServerPort/ where ServerPort is the value of option ServerPort in config file (not the port used in the old web-interface!). For authorization use username nzbget and the password as defined in the option ServerPassword in the config file. The old web-interface under the old address should still work too. Please note: I do not have an NMT to test whether these instructions work .
