^well, we don't know that... if you take a look at the changelog for the latest fw release alot of things were changed/fixed that weren't even on any list. this list is mainly for the outstanding issues which affect most users.

It would be nice to have some feedback from Syabas to know the priority and status of the issues that have been reported.

There are a lot of seemingly trivial fixes being reported in the firmware release notes, but nothing major. Many serious bugs are still lingering.

I'd like to see a weekly status report from Syabas showing status and progress toward resolution of each of the reported items. I'd like to know what they are working on, and what they are ignoring. Does this seem reasonable?

Looking at that beta firmware 00-15-080320-14-POP-402 a fix is already included (21 & 22).

And good to see the $ character added to text input.. if only I saw this first.. just posted about that

thanks for the heads up. upon further inspection, pink4 and red13 were arguably duplicates of one another. for sake of simplicitly, I removed pink4 and made red13 the one and only PAL-related fps/ar bug. oh and also updated the status of brown1

There's a workaround for blue 5 now in the thread that is linked (delete a file), myihome v.4.9.1 is going top be released to take the file out on installation.

It's sad to see that these critical bugs were not addressed in the next firmware. How long will users have to wait before these issues are fixed?

1) Video/Audio shutter when playing back HD content that has DTS audio.
2) No full zoom mode with HD content without black bars, currently you lose aspect ratio - video is stretched vertically.
3) DVD ISO playback with zoom mode causes color bleeding if zoomed to full screen (without black bars).
4) Video freezes when you playback DVD ISO files from an ext. HD. This one isn't that critical as the other 3 but still high on the list in my own opinion.
