NZBget does not download

I installed NZBget via CSI.

I uploaded the nzb via my pc on firefox.

The nzb gets downloaded but than the download stays there in que nothing happens.

I tried pressing ALL of the buttons lol.

What is the problem

Is the NZB title grey? Once it begins it turns white. Anything in the messages area below?

did you put your usenet account info in nzbget.conf, silly question but i forgot on a clean install once

Yes I did that at first than rebooted my machine.

Than I checked if it saved and it did.

The nzb gets downloaded and displayed in my que for downloads but nothing happens. It is green if I am correct.

no error messages at all, thats weird, does the internet access work on you pch to the webservices, just incase its that?

Yes I played some youtube videos and listen to internet radio.

It could be that your nzbget.conf got corrupted while editing and uploading via firefox. This can happen when editing with a non unix-friendly editor. what you could try is to stop nzbget (use CSI for that) rename the nzbget.conf file to nzbget.conf.old and start nzbget again. It will not find a nzbget config file and will create a new one using a template. You can edit the config file using the web interface to add your server information, no need to actually upload it anymore manually.
