A few questions

a few questions, I've had my PH for 3 days now. Some things work a little odd for me it seems.

1. I can't seem to rewind any movie that is playing. When I press the << button then I get a triangle with a ! in the middle of it. Any reason for that?

2. Is there a way to Fast Forward to a certain time spot on a movie? I had to wait 25 mins to fast forward to a certain point in a movie which is a bit annoying to wait for. Any way around this?

3. I have a HTS, a phillips HTS6500, which has an optical input, and PH has a coaxial output. So is there any confirmation that this product with help with the no sound DTS issue? I read 1 post where you have to reset the decoder once the movie plays to make it work.

1) what media are you trying to rewind?
2) use timeseek button to skip to a certain portion of the movie or press the number key (see remote function in wiki)
3) as long as it is able to convert from coaxial to optical IN you are fine.

well, I've tried rewinding numerous MKV's, AVI's, a WMV, and MPEGs, and none of those I could ever rewind.

I was trying the Timeseek button earlier but nothing was happening when I pressed it. I'll read the wiki again on it perhaps.

Is there any sound quality loss when you use a converter?

is something wrong with my remote? I'm trying this with a MKV and AVI files now. I'm trying again to FastFwd or Reverse. I pressed the 1-0 buttons to skip but everytime I get the triangle with a ! in the middle. Same happens when I try to reverse.

I press Timeseek and nothing happens. Am I missing something on the remote?
