Transmission 160 and 170 torrent detection

Hi all,

if i copy a torrent file to the torrent directory (example share\Apps\Transmission\.transmission\torrents ) then this file isn't detected by the transmission application? (if i upload it from within the web interface it start downloading normally )
is there a way to envoke this detection in the sameway it works in the application NZBGet. (if i copy a nzb file to the nzb dir of this application than it wil start downloading )
