Faster PHP server CSI package

I'd prefer you called a (not yet implemented) parameter on AppInit so appinit will know what is going on and have the functionality concentrated on one place: the appinit. Better for maintainability perspective imho.

I'll implement a parameter like "StopHttpServer", which will stop the http server so you can take over port 9999 during the daemon script of lighthttpd.
This way: when the lighthttpd is removed by hand or gets corrupted the AppInit will not receive the stopserver parameter and will continue working on the 'old' server.

Could certainly integrate it better, and take over port 9999 instead of using 9990. Would you prefer lighttpd to disable the CSI webserver, or should that be done in appinit.cgi? I can think of pros/cons of either method. Specifically by managing it from lighttpd it might be more convenient to restart the apache server when stopping lighttpd, but then csi might try and restart the apache server on its own when installing a seperate app.
