popcorn hour eats up my hard disk space
after installed a 320gb harddisk and format it with PCH
it show disk space of 270+ gb in one of the partition. i started to transfer data using USB thru ext2 volumn manager. total media file i transferred is less than 100gb but i only left less than 30gb of disk space. where is the remaining disk space gone??? i believe might be due to some error in transferring file earlier and those file still exist in the hard disk... anyone experience this??? how can i retrive back my disk space??? i can't find any large volume of hidden file in my hard disk other than the media i transferred in. |

Connect via SMB/NFS and select 'show hidden files/folders' in windows. Could be temp files that tend to build up.

There is 2 hidden partition: NMT apps and Swap partition.
However, the User's partition should not decrease in size. As EPiPHON3 suggest, can you check the HDD using a PC ? Sales: sales@syabas.com Tech support: support@syabas.com |
