Shuffle movies and music
Hi All,
I am new to this stuff. Having only had my hdx1000 for a week. I have installed yamj and music jukebox. I want to be able to play the entire music directory in shuffle mode. I can't figure this out. I also have about 1100 video files. In one directory I have about 240 files that I play for my kids, each video is about 5-10minutes long. I want to be able to play an entire directory (inc sub directory) in shuffle mode. Can this be done? I have an EVA8000 which can do all this when it doesn't lockup all the time. Any help would be appreciated Daniel |

Now regenerate your menu with 'Delete All' selected. You will get a shuffle button on each album detail page. I don't believe YAMJ supports shuffle playback. Getting the videos to shuffle will be a lot harder. If They are in the same folder structure as your music, you could coax Music Jukebox to shuffle them, but it would require a bit of customization. You could create a playlist of all the videos using an application like Playlist File Generator or manually using a text editor, then put this playlist file in the playlists folder of Music Jukebox. Once the menu file was generated, you would have to edit the link in your playlists.htm file to a vod='playlist' from an aod='playlist'. |
