Llink rar files
Hi there.

some films do not play in rar format on my popcorn using Llink 2.2.0 but when i unrar them they play fine.

It does not happen all the time only just a few.

As anyone else had this problem.

Is there any other progam that plays rar fiels on the popcorn or a quick way of unraring files.

Thank you for your time.

RE: Llink rar files
I've never encountered this situation before myself.

Which llink platform do you use: Windows, Linux, something else?

Perhaps you could help debug the issue? Start llink manually (on *nix):
./llink -v 60

The only other app I know do this is librarchy, also made by lundman. It's in the CSI I think; nmtinstaller.com

Yes, that seems like a possibility.

RE: Llink rar files
What type of Llink gets installed on the popcorn, Is it just Linux.

I used the csi to install it.

RE: Llink rar files
ok, so it's the llink for nmt.

What Oddball suggest may be true, that these few RAR:ed media files that do not work may actually be compressed instead of just "stored" in non-compressed state.

Not sure but it might be possible to check with:
unrar t /path/to/some.rar
