Check which physicall file gets the title 'Cleopatra'.
Start the frontend, select the movie 'Cleoptra', go to the details and check the PCH path in the mediainfo tab.
If you have the physicall file, check the UMC.log and search for this file to see which cleaned up title UMC has computed for this file.
Take this value and have a look in the plugin logs. Search for the value to see which movie titles the plugins have found in the movie databases(imdb, ofdb,..).

So will it be possible to change the names and covers for movies with the same name?

For example I have a Group for "American Gangster" in the group is:
American Gangster 2007.mkv
American Gangster 2007 Directors Cut.mkv

At the moment they use the same cover art and they are both called "American Gangster"

This will be handled better in 1.9.
Each Moviefile will get a unique ID wich is patr of the cover-filename.

A quick question and a suggestion.
If your movies have nfo's converted to xml where the orignal nfo have captured the IMDB rating, will it then be static or will it update automatically if the rating changes on IMDB?

And a request for a future version. It would be cool if also the number of persons who rated the movies would be available. It's sometimes misleading if only a few persons have rated it.

If the rating is found in a xml file so the rating will not be fetched from online anymore.

For the number of votes please make a feature request. I think we will implement this in version 1.9

For some reason I can't get UMC to do a full scan. I can get it to do the groups and the TV shows but after 10-20 standalone films it finishes.

A full library scan should take 30-40 mins but this is done in 7-8 mins.

I'm using the same computer with the same drives and even the same config I created weeks ago. What gives?

One strange thing that happened during one of my many attempted scans today was it picked up the banner and background for "Boomtown". I've been using UMC for a couple of months now and the Boomtown has never picked up with over 40-50 scans I've done.

Something weird is happening, is it just me?

I'm gonna try the finished scan and see how it looks on my NMT.

EDIT:
I tried the scan on my NMT, all the movies and shows are there but there are only images for groups and shows.

Thx DonGyros, that solved my issue.
Is it normal in this beta stage, that all movie ratings are 3 stars and a half?
And is it possible to increase the size of the blueray covers?
