PCH and Philips LCD - auto input selction?
Hi Guys,
I just recently picked up a Philips 42PFL8404 which I have my PCH A110 now connected to on HDMI1 on the TV. I thought that when taking the PCH out of standby the TV would automatically switch to HDMI1 in the same way as my Sky+ does via scart when I take it out of standby. Is it only HDMI-CEC devices that do that? Many thanks. John |

Well, it's not the target device (PCH) that does that but the TV itself.
Most tv's don't have auto input detection. Please read the A-Series or C-200 FAQ before posting, you may save time and find your answer |

Unfortunately HDMI does not do the same as SCART in terms of changing channels etc.
