Sorry. What I meant was that initially there were people having some issues with the packages. I looked into it, and cleaned up the scripts a bit, but I couldn't actually reproduce any problems. Possibly the cleaning up fixed any outstanding issues, since no-one reported any problems ever since.

Anyhow, and now for something completely different; could you post your MP3 file and script here? I'll incorporate them when I make a new build. I'm considering building the latest version of MPD. I'll see if I can enable MMS streaming as well.

Thanks you for the work you have done to date, it is appreciated.
You mention that you might be working on a new build. Have you considered running Alsa and MPD? From what I have read this combination will give you a bit perfect output when using USB. The 2/22/09 configururation that GWillem put together utilized Alsa and MPD via USB however it did not have the ability to play FLAC which is what I am after. Any consideration you can give to this request is appreciated.
