Hi PomPon,
I tried again this evening.

All NTM applications running, including MYIHOME Server.
The first attempts have always failed on all external USB ports, selecting "Run from USB_DRIVE_A-1" or "Run fromUSB_DRIVE_B-1".
The popcorn will always answer:
"Request cannot be processed. press return key to return to the previous screen."


Then magically it worked with the following modifications:
-I selected the English language instead of Italian (I do not think this was the reason)
-I disconnected, from the network, POPCORN
-I turned it off and I restarted with the pendrive already plugged into the USB back (up) (before I put the pendrive with the popcorn always turned on).
-I selected "Run from USB_DRIVE_B-1" and it worked.
What do you think is the reason?
