There is really something in the air with this random opacity... black magic?
Today's matrix subtitles are transparent. Yesterday weren't [Image: loco.gif]

this is funnybug :-)

Hmm this is an overall bug here.. all info text, menu text, timeseek text, so all texts appears transparent when movie starts. Sometimes not. But most time they do. So this is not subtitle's bug. But it is somehow connected with subtitles because if the transparency appears it appears overall, so for all texts, even subtitles.

Didn't even noticed this is a bug because mostly of my movies were 16:9.
But when there is a black bar or a very large dark piece of movie, the subtitles shines out. If blacks are in the middle of the text it looks bad.

edit: forget to mention that not just text, also timeline is semi transparent.
You can actualy see the movie through the yellow bar which indicates the lenght..

thanks.

I use subtitles a lot, both srt and embedded in MKVs.
I can confirm that after a firmware update or unpluging the power, subtitles show OK. Opaque.
But after a "soft" turn-off (power button on remote), subtitles are transparent. No matter whether they are embedded or srt.
Fully, 100%, reproducible bug.
I can understand that it's not top priority, as it doesn't affect US based customers. But A-100 owners anywhere else on the globe use subtitles almost 100%. Please fix
