formatted the USB key to NTFS and still it says that it doesn't see any content.

i tried to boot the NMT with the USB, without it and then brows to it... it can't see the recovery file on it.

also another question about the recovery procedure: it says in step 5 that the blue screen need to say that the unit is in recovery mode. i imagine that it takes for unit that can not boot (not like mine). do i need to do something in order to put my unit into recovery mode? (jumper?) i don't want to corrupt the working image i have.
