I think this statement would be sensible if there were a way to return it. Right now to get a refund from the official web store, you have to pay 15% of the order cost plus return shipping, and you have to have done that within 15 days. That isn't 15 days after you receive it, that's 15 days after it was shipped from China. That combined with the policy of "just be patient, fixes are coming" basically amounts to "no refunds." I was able to sell mine when it was still a hot item, but would have preferred to return it.

Edit in response to the post below: In the current completed listings on eBay.com, there are only two open box C-200s and both were sold at a loss. The hype seems to have dwindled.
