LG netcast tvs and popcorn hour
I have a LG netcast tv and a popcorn hour a-110. Using the netcast I can see the popcorn hour and select the "share" share directory. but I cannot go any deeper to the video or any other folder.
was wondering if any had a similar setup and was able to go deeper. I would think if it sees the share is should be able to travel down it. no real biggie as I can get it it through the popcorn hour hdmi input,but thought it would be nice to just traverse it thru the network. thanks |

We do not know the spec of the LG netcast app or indeed anything about your A110 and if you have the same type of network protocol implemented.

I figure it is something on the tv side and was just curious if any one had a lg tv with netcast that had better luck than I. but will note in future to put up ictures and diagrams so all can see what I am talking about. |

I don't know the specs of this LG feature; a quick google search gave inconsistent answer as to whether the LG can actually display "any" content from another client device, or just JPG and MP3 via DLNA.
