How do you unistall apps

I installed MDP and MPDJB using telnet but I am not happy with them and want to remove instead of trying to get them to work.

How would I go about uninstalling? Just delete the folders on the PCH hard drive?

yes, make sure you stop the daemon, and then just delete the folders...
