Do you think it's a theme-problem then ? It happens with every single theme I tried, so I just thought it had to do with the Installer....?

Before I start to use CSI, I have some very basic questions.

1. I download CSI sw in my PC first and install to C200 thru internet?
2. So I can run CSI alone at C200 after it has been installed it?
3. CSI is like a platform (ex: app store), so I can use a lot of sw which have been developed at this platform? And I can use C200 to run and install those sw with any PC involved?
4. CSI will not demange any c200 regular functions even if I mis-operate?
5. The downloaded package has included most of the CSI apps?
6. Where can I find any CSI related youtube films? I still have no idea what kind of CSI apps that I can get.

Thank you for so many BASIC questions.

Why don't you just install CSI, put in the right IP address and see what happens ? There is little you can do wrong, it's just an app in which you can see a lot of themes, apps, etc. which have been developed for the mediaplayers like C200.

The CSI app runs on your PC (not on your C200) and is just to let you install the themes/apps very easily on your C200 (in this case).

I don't think there are youtube movies yet, but maybe you can make some :-) ?

I had tried, but got FTP server problem. Something likes "can't connect to FTP server". I did not setup any network function of my c200. Basically, I was a new user of multimedia player. I am learning. I just finish setting up YAMJ without any problem. Then my next move will be CSI. However, YAMJ does not need any networking setup. CSI seems much complicated than YAMJ. I don't know how to setup home network yet. Maybe I should learn this topic first before touch CSI.

But I really want to know the incentives of installing CSI. What kind of good apps that are worthy for me to spend time to study it and use it?

i downloaded a custom menu but when I go to teh nmt and try to use it , it goes no where,..it looks good but not workign...any tip?

What custom menu did you try to install?
Did you reboot your NMT after installation?

I try to install nzbget with CSI and get the following error:
404 Not FoundRequested file not exist! (404 Not Found)
PC win 7 NMT A100 with the latest firmware on it dated 24 mar-2010
Have used the latest version from CSI
What is going wrong here?

Hi dc11ab,
I have a c200.
The menu I installed was the speedial 1.9.0729
and i did reboot and now the c200 stays in loading mode forever..
what is wrong??

In this case I have no idea. Just try uninstalling them if things go wrong.
