streaming vidoe through html file
I wat to see streaming videos in my pch, i followed other posts where they said create ur own html file and add a link to the streaming url in that.

Code:
<html>
<BODY BGCOLOR="000000" TEXT="777777"
LINK="C38EC7">
<BODY>

<b>
RADIO<br>
<br>
<a href="rtsp://mms://livewmstream-ws.bbc.co.uk.edgestreams.net/reflector:47971" aod>BBC World Service-24 Hour News Stream</a><br>
</body>
</html>

I was able to open this page in my pch also navigate the links , but when I click on them nothing happens please tell me what am i missing ?

The "aod" would be correct and required for audio streaming on the PCH,
but the "rtsp://mms://" looks weird to me. It seems to be two protocols are
being called. I would only expect to see "rtsp://" for real player streaming.

RE: streaming vidoe through html file
I have never used rtsp or mms, so after this you're on your own. Blush

Try this thread...

Try search on 'rtsp'

RE: streaming vidoe through html file
I used Windows Media Player, plugged in the following link:

mms://livewmstream-ws.bbc.co.uk.edgestreams.net/reflector:47971

and the feed opened for me just fine. Sorry, I'm at work and can't test it on my PCH....

The "rtsp://mms://" is definitely not correct. Ditch the "rtsp://" part and use "mms://" - report back with your findings Smile
