High@L4.1 MKV with Chapters - A110 cant play it?

Hi,

i have a blu ray rip of a series made to MKV. I already muxed it again with mkvmerge but PCH wont play it. Neither through myIhome nor usb stick. It returns back to the screen after buffering..

The only new thing i observed for this MKV is that it seems to have chapters.

As usual, VLC plays the file fine.

Is there a way to convert it to another format to make it play?

I know it sounds odd, but try powering off completely, rebooting and trying again. Sometimes this will get problematic MKV's working on my A-110.

thanks, should have thought about it myself because i had this issue a year ago - hard reboot solved the issue and it plays fine now, even with chapters (although the menu button doesnt work)
