UMC Backgroundworker @ 99%

Hello everyone,

Since last week (dont know what changed) the BGworker in UMC stays on 99% when i am scanning for new movies.
This stays for ages, i tried it for 10 straight hours and its still on 99%, i cant find anything in the log files, anyone who can give me a clie where to look?

I Think i know what it is only dont know how to fix this
The movie Still waiting is not on my drive anymore and umc says it is

A full UMC scan stuck at 99% on me on Friday. I stopped it and started it again and it worked fine.

I had an issue with hidden files and UMC before, I kept getting duplicate TV shows for Curb your Enthusiasm. On my mac the only files in the folder was the episode files. When I started up Windows and checked the folder there were files named like the episodes that my mac couldn't see, I deleted them and it has been fine since.

that doesnt work for me
there are no files to delete, i even created a whole fresh umc scan, still keeps hanging on that movie that aint on my disk anymore

So you say you installed UMC again (deleted really all files fromt he previous installation) and you still have the same problem?
Please ensure that you really delete all previous files (application, database, images,...).


If you start a freh scan, take a look in the UMC.log and see if the movie "Still waiting" is really not on your system anymore.
This logfile will contain all physicall movie files found by the scanner.
