2x SATA (one occupied by HDD tray)

This might be a stupid question but I am going to ask anyways. I've pasted the following from the specs of the c-200.

2x SATA (one occupied by HDD tray)
3.5" HDD tray
Internal mounting for 2.5" HDD

My question is. Can the c-200 hold a 3.5" harddrive or must it be a 2.5". Will it when using a 3.5" harddrive mean that there is no room for a dvd / blu-ray player?

You can use a 3.5" hdd easily with no bluray drive in the front loading bay. You just pop the front open and insert the drive with the connections facing the rear. If you want to use a bluray drive you have 2 options. Either go with a 2.5" laptop hdd or use the U bracket mod to attach the 3.5" hdd to the bluray drive. If you go with the 2.5" laptop drive you will be limited to about 640-700gb of storage space as they aren't being made any larger at this time. If you go with a 3.5" hdd you can get upto 2tb and they aren't quite as expensive gb for gb compared to a laptop hdd. The only thing you'll need is 1 U bracket which can be bought at newegg for cheap ($10). Its not hard to install a 3.5" drive using the u bracket mod and well worth the time for the extra space. Of course if you don't want an internal bluray drive then a 3.5" hdd will be easy to install and doesn't require you to open the unit to install. However if you go with a 2.5" hdd you will need to open the case to install it.

Any one in UK can please point me to Amazon / Ebay link where I can get this U bracket plus any other fittings / screws needed?

I intend to fit a 3.5 inch Western Digital WD20EADS Caviar Green 2TB, and Liteon IHOS104-37 4x Internal Blu-ray.

Thanks Chris, in fact it was this very page which inspired me to make the move from A110 to C200 recently.

I just wanted to be sure I am picking up the right U bracket, as there are quite a few 'kits' available when searching for "3.5 to 5.25 bracket" on ebay.co.uk, being a hardware newbie, thought its worth checking if any one in UK has used a specific one, saves the experimentation
